What is SPERGO?

SPERGO is a luxury designer clothing line. 

What does SPERGO mean?

Trey came up with the name SPERGO combining the words “sports” and “heroes”. He chose sports because he loves playing and watching sports. When Trey decided to use the word hero, he wasn't thinking about superheroes, but people that he looks up to all over the world… people that inspire him to be great and make positive choices in life. Lastly, Trey put the word “GO” at the end because SPERGO is for the go-getters. People that wake up everyday and go chase their dreams. People that are on Go Mode!

Why did Trey choose the lion?

The lion is a powerful and noble character. The lion represents power, strength and courage and those characteristics represent SPERGO!

Where is SPERGO’s physical store?

SPERGO is often has pop up stores all over the country! In addition, SPERGO has expanded into a brick and mortar retail operation and established itself as an up and coming business in the City of Philadelphia. The exact address is:

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

We do not accept returns. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. 

Can I exchange for size or color?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please write the size you would like for your exchange on the packing slip. Items must be unworn, fragrance free with tags still attached. Please ship it to:

Once we receive it we will ship out your exchange. 

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

Please refer to our size chart, which is in the description of each product.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the “track” button to get shipment details.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-5 business days for ground shipping. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.

If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

We ship all orders via USPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email info@spergo.com with any questions regarding your order. We will do our best to reply to your question(s) within 72 hours.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check. We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?           

We ship worldwide! Please view our terms for specific details.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?               

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Our inventory changes daily, so please check back for store updates and news announcements on product releases.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are currently only accepting inquiries regarding wholesales.

Can I book Trey to speak?

Yes, please all inquires to ceotrey@spergo.com. In your email, please include the date and time of event, summary of the event, audience and social media page(s). A representative will contact you back with availability and rates associated with your event.
